- Four 1:1 work sessions where we talk through your current processes and review the current setup. We do this for 4 weeks, giving you time to use the system in between each session.

System Selection: If needed, I will assist you in reviewing the best options for you and your business. I have experience with many different project management systems including, ClickUp, SmartSuite, Asana, Trello and more.

Create SOPs and Provide Training: Once the system is in place, we’ll work together to ensure all processes are documented and clear. I’ll spend time zooming with you as you use the system and offer feedback, ask questions, etc.
Weeks 7 and beyond
60 days support: For 60 days I’ll be available to answer questions via email (24 hour turn-around) as well as jump on a Zoom to walk through scenarios if something isn’t clear.
